Marguerite Sievi has been a research associate at the IZT in the research field "Resources, Economies and Resilience" since November 2024. Previously, she worked as a junior researcher from November 2022 to October 2024 and was involved in projects on sustainable consumption and green IT. She gained her first social-empirical experience, in particular through her involvement in the organisation and implementation of focus groups, future workshops and stakeholder workshops as well as in a megatrend analysis and evaluation of expert interviews.
She joined the IZT from May to October 2022 as part of her Federal Ecological Volunteer Service in the research field "Energy, Climate and Infrastructure".'' in research projects.
In 2021, Marguerite Sievi successfully completed her Master's degree in Environmental Science and Management at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). She gained practical experience in 2020 during her student internship at the environmental organisation Greenpeace in Luxembourg. There, she supported the mobilisation of volunteers and was involved in the planning and implementation of public and non-violent actions as part of the "Sustainable Finance" and "Climate and Renewable Energy" campaigns. She also completed her Bachelor's degree in Social and Human Sciences at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in 2018.
