efit - Lifelong qualification in the future field of renewable energies
The "e-fit" project developed 13 e-learning study places for vocational training in the renewable energy sector. The target group included tradespeople, architects, engineers, vocational school students and employees of the cooperating companies.
The "e-fit" project developed 13 e-learning study programmes for vocational qualification in the field of renewable energies. The project involved both vocational preparation and vocational training and further education. In addition to vocational school students, the target group included tradespeople, architects, engineers and employees of the cooperating companies. The teaching/learning scenarios were to be applicable in various training and further training situations. Their suitability and effectiveness for the various vocational training qualification programmes were evaluated.
Against this background, a total of 13 teaching-learning scenarios with different learning situations and target groups were planned. These were
- Vocational training - photovoltaics, solar thermal energy and bioenergy for vocational students, craftsmen, architects and engineers (DGS, 3 scenarios)
- Professional training - photovoltaics, solar thermal energy and bioenergy for craftsmen, architects and engineers (DGS, 3 scenarios)
- In-house training - PV-FAQ for company employees (IZT together with Kyocera)
- In-house training - EE for administrative staff (IZT together with Viessmann, scenarios on photovoltaics, solar thermal energy and solar cooling)
- In-house training - biomass CHP for building managers (IZT together with Vattenfall)
- In-house training inverter FAQ for company employees and customers (IZT and TU Dresden together with SMA Solar Technology AG)
- Vocational preparation - career opportunities with EE for school leavers (UfU).
The content of the digital media project was based on three pillars:
- The psychologically, didactically and IT-based design and creation of teaching and learning scenarios using (multimedia) tools.
- Training measures to create the necessary conditions for teachers to successfully teach with digital media in suitable teaching-learning scenarios and to instruct learners in the use of digital media,
- The provision of the necessary e-learning infrastructure.
This project was funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research and the European Social Fund.
