Formative evaluation as part of the Innopunkt campaign
More jobs in the cultural industry in the state of Brandenburg - this concern was at the centre of this project.
The cultural industries have also increasingly become the focus of economic and labour market policy considerations nationwide, especially as demand and turnover in this sector have risen considerably. The aim of the Innopunkt campaign "Alliances between culture and business promote growth and employment in the state of Brandenburg" was primarily to create and secure jobs for Brandenburg artists. Companies should benefit from the campaign through cultural and artistic impulses for new products and services.
The campaign focussed on the following measures, among others:
- Networking of cultural professionals in Brandenburg with a focus on identifying and stimulating co-operation and support needs for this target group across the board,
- Networking of creative artists with third parties in order to utilise impulses for innovations in products, services and processes in traditional economic sectors,
- Utilisation of the potential of culture and creative artists in terms of tourism and regional promotion in order to further promote the endogenous potential of the federal state in one of the most important economic sectors.
LASA Landesagentur für Struktur und Arbeit GmbH selected six project organisers to form interfaces and networks between creative artists and companies in the state of Brandenburg. The task of the evaluation was to identify the success factors of the co-operations. In addition, their spillover effects and modes of action were to be analysed and described. At the same time, recommendations for action were developed for the client and the projects were supported.
