Pupils as well as teachers and other actors in the school system have to be prepared for future complex and dynamic developments and challenges and their ability to act, their competence to shape and their self-efficacy have to be promoted. Despite the narrow guidelines in the education system, there are always schools that dedicate themselves to these challenges and integrate future-oriented developments into their work and institution. In order to offer solutions and suggestions for this, the IZT team, based on the evaluation of previous experiences and findings, has brought in a decidedly future-oriented perspective in order to recast the question of "how?" from a transformation research perspective and make it usable. Based on research, two workshops and interviews, suggestions and, among other things, a positive scenario were developed.
