Abstract

For emissions of sulphur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen oxides (NOx), volatile hydrocarbons other than methane (NMVOC) and ammonia (NH3), emission projections are developed for the years 2005, 2010, 2015 and 2020, as well as a reference for 2000. For this purpose, the latest data and assumptions on emission-causing activities and emission factors available to the Federal Environment Agency were uniformly collected and documented for the relevant source groups stationary combustion plants, transport, fuel distribution, solvent use, agriculture and industrial process emissions.
