Abstract
The online course "SolarE" is aimed at participants of retraining courses whose goal is to start working for solar companies. The basic course teaches the topics of using solar energy to generate electricity, heat and cooling. The version of the online course presented here was developed for IWM Gesellschaft für internationale Wirtschaftsförderung und Management mbH, which has been offering qualifications for the solar industry on a broad scale for 15 years.
