Abstract
In the learning unit "Refurbishment concept / energy-efficient lighting", the energy evaluation of electrical lighting is dealt with in connection with the EnEV. This is followed by a comparison of different light sources with regard to the achievable luminous efficacy and the required power consumption. Various energy-saving measures for optimising existing lighting systems are presented. In addition, an economic assessment of an energy efficiency measure in the area of lighting technology is presented as an example.
