Abstract

How can corporate sustainability be implemented and integrated into the general management system of companies? One possible instrument and methodology is the so-called Balanced Scorecard (BSC). In a recently completed project, the development of sustainability BSCs and the integration of sustainability goals into already existing BSCs was tested in practice.
