Abstract

The demand for photovoltaic systems is growing steadily. The market potential for trade companies is large. As a result, there is an increasing demand for skilled workers who can plan, install and maintain the systems.
The eLearning programme provides the necessary knowledge to be able to advise customers and independently design, install and maintain photovoltaic systems. Self-directed, practice-orientated learning is combined with face-to-face events.
After an introduction to the course content, learners are expected to acquire it independently. The knowledge is then deepened and tested in practice in the classroom sessions.
