Abstract

Through comprehensive acquisition and processing of data and boundary conditions, this study is to define the structural preconditions, aims and possibilities of implementation for the establishment of decentralized power supply systems and services in the framework of Brandenburg energy policy. The following aims are given in detail: – An inventory of the energy supply structure in the Brandenburg area; – A rough assessment of the structure of energy use; – Description of the present situation of newly established municipal power supply systems; – Investigation of potential energy saving (by the producers and the consumers); – Investigation into potential reduction of emissions. Beyond the acquisition and processing of data from questionnaires and bibliographic searches preliminary ideas for evaluating the situation and recommendations for the course of action are formulated, and the needs for further research are pointed out. (orig.)In der vorliegenden Studie werden durch eine differenzierte Erhebung und Aufarbeitung von Daten und Rahmenbedingungen die strukturellen Voraussetzungen, die Zielvorstellungen und die Umsetzungsmoeglichkeiten fuer den Aufbau dezentraler Energieversorgungs- und Dienstleistungsstrukturen in der Energiepolitik des Bundeslandes Brandenburg geliefert. Im einzelnen werden folgende Ziele verfolgt: – Bestandsaufnahme der Energieversorgungsstruktur im Land Brandenburg; – Ermittlung der Grobstruktur des Energieverbrauchs; -Darstellung der augenblicklichen Situation bei der Stadtwerkegruendung; -Ermittlung von Einsparpotentialen fuer Energie (erzeuger- und verbraucherseitig); – Ermittlung von Emissionsreduktionspotentialen. Ueber die Erfassung und Aufbereitung dieser aus Frageboegen und Recherchen ermittelten Daten hinaus werden erste Ansaetze fuer die Bewertung der Situation und Handlungsempfehlungen formuliert sowie weiterer Forschungsbedarf aufgezeigt.
